Preparation method

  1. Chop carrots,beans and onoins
  2. Boil the carrots,beans , onions with turmeric powder and chilli powder . til itz cooked
  3. Then , heat oil in a skillet. splutter mustard seeds , add curry leaves and the cooked vegetables
  4. saute it for 2 minutes
  5. remove from the stove and serve.
