- Chop carrots,beans and onoins
- Boil the carrots,beans , onions with turmeric powder and chilli powder . til itz cooked
- Then , heat oil in a skillet. splutter mustard seeds , add curry leaves and the cooked vegetables
- saute it for 2 minutes
- remove from the stove and serve.
