Ingredients

  • Egg 4
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • Tomato chopped 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Garam masala 2 tsp
  • Pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Oil and salt as required
 

Preparation method

  •  Boil the eggs and fork it all along its sides
  •  In a pan add oil, onions, ginger garlic paste and sauté it
  • Add tomatoes and sauté it
  • Now add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, sambar powder, Garam masala ,salt and mix them well
  • Add 2 cups of water  to it and allow it to boil
  • Add the boiled eggs and stir slowly
  • Serve with rice, rotis and dosa
