Egg Curry/ muttai kolambu

Ingredients
- Egg 4
- Onion chopped 1 cup
- Tomato chopped 2
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Garam masala 2 tsp
- Pepper powder 1 tsp
- Oil and salt as required
Preparation method
- Boil the eggs and fork it all along its sides
- In a pan add oil, onions, ginger garlic paste and sauté it
- Add tomatoes and sauté it
- Now add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, sambar powder, Garam masala ,salt and mix them well
- Add 2 cups of water to it and allow it to boil
- Add the boiled eggs and stir slowly
- Serve with rice, rotis and dosa
